Melissa and Paola participate in UTA's I-Engage Program

Melissa completed a summer long research program at UTA under Paola's guidance.

Melissa received "Outstanding Rare-Earth Presentation" at the annual Gulf-Coast Undergraduate Research Symposium at Rice University.

Paola completed an internship at OakRidge National Laboratory, where she performed at the High Flux Isotope Reactor (Beamline HB2A).
